Identify the building, suite and door
At a business campus, a street address can cover more than one arrival point. Give the company, building and suite, and identify whether the request concerns a customer entrance, staff door or internal office. Arrange the property contact and any access instructions needed to reach the opening.
Make the access decision explicit
A staffing change may prompt a rekey, while unreliable latching calls for an assessment of the opening. List the doors affected and who should retain access. Shared entrances or electronically controlled hardware can involve a property manager or another specialist; clarify responsibilities before agreeing to a general lock change.
Include parked vehicles and handover
For a car-key request in a business lot, identify its row or entrance and provide the vehicle details. For completed business work, test the agreed keys and door functions with an authorized contact present. Record the affected openings so a change at one suite is not mistaken for a change across the whole property.
