A path, lake or shopping-center reference may not identify the entrance a technician can reach. Provide a street address and explain the vehicle parking position or building entrance. For a managed property, arrange access through the responsible contact and share any relevant arrival restrictions.
Separate home access from key control
If you are locked out, explain where the key is and what happened. If you are planning a rekey, list the doors and current key arrangement. Tell us about any damaged or sticking hardware so an access change is not confused with repairing an existing fault.
For a vehicle near a local destination
Have the year, make and model ready along with information about any remaining key. Explain whether the car is locked, the remote has failed or the vehicle will not start.
